  13.     You are hereby granted a license to use this software for 21 days
  14.     for evaluation purposes.  After the 21 days, the software must
  15.     either be registered or use must be discontinued.
  16.  
  17.     The Shareware evaluation version of ASh may be copied freely (in
  18.     fact it is encouraged), providing there is no charge for the
  19.     distribution of the software, exluding a nominal copying fee not
  20.     to exceed $5.00.  Note that if you payed for a shareware disk of
  21.     software or CD-ROM, you DID NOT register ASh.  Registration of ASh
  22.     must be done directly through Accutek Software.

  26. Why Register?
  27.  
  28.     The Accutek Shell is the culmination of several thousand hours of
  29.     work and if you use it for more than the 21 days as perscribed
  30.     above, you must register.

  32.     A better example:  Would you work for a company for several thousand
  33.     hours, and have them take your work and say "Thanks for the free
  34.     stuff" and them givee you nothing?  I didn't think so.

  37. What do I get if I register?
  38.  
  39.     For starters, you get the satisfaction of registration.  In addition
  40.     to that, you will recieve a small file which will remove all of
  41.     those annoying little pleas for registration and activate PKUnZip front
  42.     end.  You will also recieve three bonus programs: The Accutek Diskette
  43.     Copier, the Accutek Diskette Formatter, and Accutek System Information.

  45.     You also get the latest version of the software, and, when available
  46.     a laser printed user's manual sent to you.

  49. If another version is released, do I have to re-register?
  50.  
  51.     Minor updates are free.  The way to determine what a minor update is
  52.     is to look at the version number.  The major revision number is the
  53.     digit to the left of the decimal point, and the minor revision
  54.     number is to the right of the decimal point.  For example, if you
  55.     registered version 1.00, and version 1.13 was released three months
  56.     later, you would automatically be registerd for version 1.13.
  57.     However, if version 2.00 was released, you would possibly be charged
  58.     an upgrade fee which would be substantially lower than the
  59.     registration fee.  An update to version 1.00 from a pre-release is
  60.     considered a minor update, and those who register prior to version 1.00
  61.     will be considered registered users for version 1.00.

  66. How much is registration?

  68.     The registration costs are outlined as follows:

  70.         Single user, non-commercial environment:           $35.00
  71.         Single user, BBS Sysop (see below):                $15.00
  72.         Single user, commercial environment:               $79.00
  73.         Five users, commercial environment:               $249.00
  74.         Twenty-five users, commercial environment:        $999.00

  78.     Note that these prices are for the pre-release versions of ASh
  79.     (versions prior to 1.00).  Once version 1.00 is released, these
  80.     prices are likely to increase.

  82.     If you are the sysop of a BBS, you are entitled to a reduced cost
  83.     registration, providing that you post a message somewhere in the
  84.     opening screens of your system that you use ASh, and include
  85.     information on registering ASh.  You must also provide the Shareware
  86.     version for download.  Contact Accute Software for more information.

  93.     software, and a registration key.  Its that easy:
